So obviously you haven't understood what I wrote regarding the Obama Regulation.
So, once again ... slowly:
The existing regulations cannot be enforced because noone knows who the mentally ill people (to which these rules apply) are.
(lets call such a mentally ill person a [mentally ill]* person, to divide them from mentally ill persons who are allowed to have weapons)
So, a [mentally ill]* person can just go into a weapons store and illegally buy a gun, as the shopkeeper has no way to know this person is [mentally ill]*
Under the Obama regulation a part of these [mentally ill]* people (i.e. 75k people) would have been entered into the databvase (of people restricted from buying gun) so that they, rightfully, can be kept from buying a weapon.
So, Trump is allowing those [mentally ill]* people to illegally buy a gun, because he has removed the only reliable way for shopkeepers to actually separate these [mentally ill]* people from normal customers. (which would have enabled the shopkeepers to prevent the crime (i.e. the illegal purchase of a gun by [mentally ill]* people) from taking place)
So, Trump makes it much easier to commit a crime (i.e. the crime of illegally purchasing/possessing a firearm) for a subset of the population

You're talking about making everyone pay for everyone's healthcare. That's a different issue. I support free public health for the severly mentally ill who can't take care of themselves. That said, Im very conservative about it. There are many bums pretending to be crazy to get a crazy check which they use to buy drugs.

Trumps budget proposal also made cuts to Medicare and Medicaid ... you can bet that this also affects the care for mentally ill patients

Trump didn't even write a single Twitter message (for example to congratulate the hero).

The unarmed black man didn't shoot the shooter ... he just disarmed him and kept him from shooting more black people
