    Military funding was cut because the cold war was over, little man.
    It was cut because Clinton valued domestic spending over that of the military. As has every democrat in the history of ever.

    The US still spends many times its closest allies and adversaries. It isn't even close.
    Oddly enough, military spending is a constitutional obligation of the federal government. Domestic spending is not.

      The state budget? The Pentagon is part of California's state budget? The state government wasn't demanding repayments. The Pentagon was. The Pentagon reversed itself so this topic is closed.

        If domestic spending increases from 30 to 35 percent and military spending decreases from 6 percent to 3.8 percent, is the ratio of military spending to domestic spending increasing or decreasing?

        The Republican party platform this year is the most bigoted and they nominated a man that hates veterans. So come on now.
        I'd love to see some proof that Trump hates the military. Do you have some?

              Did he talk this way against male white christian veterans or fallen soldiers?

              Because his issues seem to me that he rather is a macho, a racist and has issues with non christian religions
              and therefore doesn't even respect americans of another skin colour, religion or the female gender, if they brought the greatest sacrifice for their land
