No, there won't. If you can jam communications to a modern fighter then it's largely ****ed anyway, they are wildly dependant on communication and signals intelligence. Humans have immense limitations that machines don't, and risking human lives is something that will become increasingly unpalatable.

They don't have the manpower to knock China out without employing Nukes. Sure, they could probably hold South Korea. China could afford to lose millions of men in the process, and would be willing to step up to nuclear weapons if the US tried to conquer it. They could probably beat Russia, but again, you have terrain and logistics issue. If Russia were to try to steamroll western Europe, they could definitely stalemate Russia, but I don't see that the US could defeat them.

What you just did there was fall back onto the nuclear option, which is the reason the major powers don't actually fight direct existential wars. As for defeating Russia, take nukes out of the equation and Russia is outdated, under equipped and out teched in almost every department.

And England too, once had an Empire - which died on the fields of the Somme. You need people to 'spread influence', and the Chinese don't have them to spare. They are cresting now, because of the developments of the previous years - but they have a shortage of 5 million people in their workforce, year over year. Their labor costs are going to increase to the point where it will be more expensive to hire Chinese people than Americans. There's a reason many industries have relocated elsewhere in Asia, to Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines.

Britain's empire (not England idiot) didnt die on the fields of the Somme, it died after 6 years of the subsequent war. As for China not having people to spare, that's just nonsensical considering they are the single most populous nation on the planet. Not that it matters because in the modern age if you can afford to buy foreign companies (and China absolutely can) you can just get other populations to do your grunt work, which is what the US has spent decades doing.

China could not beat India, straight up. Just can't. India is going to become a superpower even if they take their time getting there - they will be in a much better position than China.

I'm a firm believer that India will become a superpower in time, but China is a very real danger to India's future unless things are handled very carefully. I'm not talking about a Chinese invasion or anything so dramatic, but if China seize hegemony over the Far East, they could seriously hurt India's growth potential.

Obviously, but it was at the point where the only thing vast American investment was doing was making its own equipment obsolete, while other nations were still several generations behind.
