The courts say they did. Even on the appeal.
But since this whole thread has been BEN claim that he knows God's will better than the pope, why shouldn't we surprised that BEN claims to know better than the US judicial system.It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Given that the law dates to 2009, yes, I'm arguing that the laws prior to 2009 should supercede the laws since 2009. It's not like the pope came out and said, it isn't a sin. Or that we should afford them access to all the sacraments. All he said was don't be a dick, and treat them as you would treat others, with love. Which as a christian, you shouldn't even have to say because its one of your main features. The golden rule and all that.
But the bigots like ben can't even stop their hatred for something as simple and truly christian like that.
Instead they claim the Pope is wrong. And that it's ok to treat them with hatred and scorn.
