  • I really don't give a **** about a conservative province up in Canada.
You should, because they have ample evidence to support my position. Marriage rate in BC is flat. There has been zero positive impact in the overall number of marriages, and given the concurrent increases in the population - the marriage rate has declined. BC is worse off today marriage wise then they were in 2003.

What you'll see in the states is the same. You'll see a surge, and then a secular decline.

Your point is unsupported, as I supported my position with evidence from high population areas. Again, I don't really give a **** about BC because it's irrelevant to my argument and is a low population province (apart from Calgary, hardly nobody lives up there).

Your statement about the states is a falsehood anyways. You're too dumb to even come up with a real argument.

Thank you Giancarlo for your exquisite knowledge of Canada.

        • The greatest thing about Calgary is that it's right on the Ocean.

          • BC Population in 2014: 4.6 million

New York City population: 8.5 million (city area only). The CSA of New York City is 23.7 million.

Los Angeles CSA is around: 17.7 million.

See the problem here and why BC has no real relevance to the argument? You can't go comparing a low population low density province that is highly conservative to liberal cities. NYC alone (CSA combined) has almost 6 times the population as the entire province of BC.

Edit: I should have used the MSA, but even still New York City is at 20.18 million.

No you don't. BC is inadequate because of its low population and the fact that very few LGBT people actually live there.

You are right in that Calgary is the only city of significance in BC.

Nobody cares about Calgary. I think more people in the San Fernando Valley than they do in that city (in fact I am right).

San Fernando Valley population: 1.8 million

                    Calgary population: 1.2 million.

Look at it this way, you're comparing a province with few people with megacities that have more LGBT people living in them.

Yes, you are right, Giancarlo. Calgary is the largest city in British Columbia.

And more people live in the San Fernando Valley in California then they do in that entire city.

Stop comparing conservative low population provinces with few LGBT people and communities to megacities in the US.

                        You're looking dumb.

                              • Maybe you're smelling yourself. The city is fine and is looking better year after year thanks to our mayor, Eric Garcetti. Someone you may see run for governor in the future.
