                Yes. The recent changes in Canadian law have really opened up a can of worms. If a depressed person consents, this would now be legal.

                Not if they can reasonably prove that she consented. It would be enough to proffer a signed document. I don't need to fill in the dots as to how that could be abused.

                Yes, it would be perfectly legal, and has already happened in Canada. Prior to this, there was a case where a mother who was a caregiver with a terminal illness killed her child because she didn't want her child to have to live in a world without her. She got 4 years. Pre-mediated murder goes for 20 in Canada.
