And by "Christian marriage" you mean one where the woman just submits to the will of the man.

Especially if we consider Mark 16:15-18
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”
Is there any true christian here who wants to put this to a test?Tamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. I arrive on winds of blessed air. Air that you no longer deserve."

You get all your non-sense from atheist websites. As I said earlier, there are notes in the Koran that I have. They explain the verse, that it is the what Allah said, and means.
And I have read one of those bibles you find in hotels because I was bored. I was incredibly shocked because I couldn't believe the really nasty and vindictive stuff that was in the <100 pages that I could stomach reading...
Also, Allah is also the Christian God and vice versa - they're the same person followed by different religions. So your God (shared by the muslims) said that.
Christ, you're a dumb piece of ****...

So, according to the bible, anyone who is a true christian is able to drink deadly poison without getting hurt.

No I haven't read the Quran, but I imagine there's plenty of common sense stuff about morals and ethics in it, wrapped up in old fashioned language, just like in the bible. I also reckon there's plenty of nasty and spiteful stuff too - just like the bible...

(he said the words to his disciples and Mary Magdalena, after his resurrection)
He gives a detailed list of abilities which believers will possess after having been baptized:
1. Driving out demons
2. Speaking in tongues (glossolalia ... actually a rather easy task )
3. Touching poisonous smnakes with their bare hands
4. Drinking poison without getting hurt
5. Healing sick people with the touch of their hand
There is nothing in these passages that suggests that these are any kind of parable,
but rather everything in it suggests that he means it in the literal sense
So, if you are a true believer, one touch of your hand is enough to drive out diseases ... and you can drink even deadly poison without harm ... at least according to Jesus.Tamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. I arrive on winds of blessed air. Air that you no longer deserve."

Wow. I didn't know you had such a weak stomach. I'm sorry that happened to you. Did you go to your mommy so that she could comfort you.
No. They aren't the same God. Muslims believe Jesus was a prophet, and they don't believe in the Gospels. Also, they believe husbands should beat their wives etc....
Jesus is not God, you full-on ******!!!
Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are sometimes called Abrahamic religions because they all accept the tradition that God revealed himself to the prophet Abraham. The theological traditions of all Abrahamic religions are thus to some extent influenced by the depiction of the God of Israel in the Hebrew Bible, and the historical development of monotheism in the history of Judaism.

I figure it's no different than Sunni and Shia sectarian violence. There the differences are even smaller but often worth killing over. It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple
