Yes, but that is kinda misleading, since she converted to Christianity 4 years ago and her divorces were all prior to that.

Doesn't matter, according to JC. He said you could only get divorced if your spouse committed adultery, but even if that was the case, under no circumstances could you remarry. To remarry after divorce = adultery. Since she is currently on her 4th marriage, she is currently living in sin as an adulteress. As long as she persists in that marriage, she's committing adultery.

I've been to church two times... both in boot camp, yeah was in the navy. anyway, sundays, the one place where you could pass out cold and be ok.

I thought the judge said he would revisit Davis's sentence in one week? I did not read anywhere, that the judge said she would be in jail until she signs.

The attorneys for Kim Davis, stated that they are going to appeal her court case. There are only 2 courts that can over rule this judges ruling. And the thing about such, is that as long as there is legal precedent on the part of the judge, and that her rights were ensured, there is a very slim chance that they higher courts will over turn this ruling. If they next court rules against her, then the only other court that, will have to agree to hear the case. And the last time they refused to hear her appeal. In short, she could be there a very long time, or she may have to resign from her position.


Why doesn't she just agree to allow her deputy clerks sign off on the marriages that she disagrees with? That was an option offered to her originally, right? It seems obvious that it is her ego of Personal authority that is a problem and not her conscience.
