Speculation is that FO4 will release on 23 October, which in Fallout lore is the Day The Bombs Fell.

I think I might be taking the last week in October off from work. Side bonus, I won't have to get dressed up for the office for Halloween.
Yeah, I think I got stuck once, but cannot remember a FPS were that was not possible somewhere on the map. I remember more graphical glitches in FONV, maybe I am wrong?
We're sorry, the voices in my head are not available at this time. Please try back again soon.

FONV was incredibly buggy at launch, but got fixed fairly quickly. I suspect that the bugs were due to Obsidion having to work with Bethesda's engine, and communications between the two seemed strained.

I'll buy FO4 at launch, like all the TES games, FO3, and FONV. I have no concerns about the paid mod model; there will certainly be some paid mods, but those will be the big mods like the A Quest for Heaven series, and I'd gladly have paid $10 a piece for those. Big but buggy mods like Mothership Zeta Crew or Rockwell Pursuit would be made sooner and with less bugs if they were for pay. The key will be having reliable reviewers like Gopher to keep the moneygrabbers in line.
The dogmas of the quiet past, are inadequate to the stormy present. The occasion is piled high with difficulty…we will be remembered in spite of ourselves… The fiery trial through which we pass, will light us down, in honor or dishonor, to the last generation… We shall nobly save, or meanly lose, the last best hope of earth.

        I don't even know what FO4 is
Any views I may express here are personal and certainly do not in any way reflect the views of my employer. Tis the rising of the moon..

Look, I just don't anymore, okay?

They expect you to do that? Who wants their kid's doctor to be dressed up as a pirate/clown/skeleton when he tells them how the fracture is healing, whether she's getting better, what's causing the cough, etc.?

I'm looking forward to play this game. I loved all Fallout games so far, but the big questions are if my computer will be able to run it and if I'll ever get time to play it

You could dress up as a doctor.

I ran into a number of bugs that made quests uncompletable, among other glitches.

Publishers and devs taught me a long time ago not to be excited about games. When some form of a complete edition of FO4 goes on sale, I might consider it, depending on hardware options.
