The property will be an income generator for me. Resale value isn't a big deal as long as I'm not losing a ton of money.

So far, just one... perhaps... one of my gf's best friends.

I'm buying (paying for, three payments to go) an apartment which is beng built, as that's pretty much the only thing that's pretty much affordable rght now. (mortgages go for over 25%, also nobody in his right mind would get in debt for 20-30 years in this country)
