There are already plenty of kids to adopt without forcing more women to give birth. And that's only in the US - you can always adopt a Chinese girl and raise her as a Catholic.

1. If the premise is an implication is false then the entire statement is invalid

Genetically there's no difference between the child inside the womb from the child outside the womb.

The justification for an abortion is the same as the justification for any other medical procedure, and likewise if you were to arbitrarily assign personhood to somebody's love handles then I would still support their right to liposuction.
