Which would be covered when I stated that 'most' passwords are recalled this way.As for how to test if a person's mental state can be used for authentication, and be sure it's not just muscle memory ... we can change Ben's password, send him an email with his new password in it in a form that requires mental manipulation to decipher the password (so no copy-paste), then see if his mind is able to process that information then translate it into machine readable format. If Ben ever logs in again, it will confirm he was wrong.
