If someone is responsible for your safety, and you're being shot, he's responsible for your safety anyway, especially if he sent you into unsafe area.

Then again, if you did it to save a couple of dollars on transit bills (like Malasian Airlines did, saving money on fuel instead of avoiding that zone, like other companies that were actually concerned about the safety of their passengers), then i would say it was your fault too, yes.

P.S. It's not really like a "shady part of town". It's more like a warzone, you know? If you, as a civilian, go to war on your own volition for no reason and get shot there, well, sucks to be you, i guess.

Well, West talks about tribunal and i give them some obvious targets for that tribunal. Actually, given that Ukraine is also into that tribunal idea, they may start on their own grounds right now, without any problems. It's a win-win for them, right?

I mean, it's interesting to see different versions of what happened, but i can't check them myself, and i don't know who is lying or mistaken, so it kinda gets old after a year. So they may as well start "tribunalling" with their tribunal idea, starting from the guys who sent a civilian plane into a warzone - it should be very easy to identify exact people responsible for it.

    • At the very least Russia should compensate the families of the innocent civilians on the plane.

Actually, USA Air Force doesn't crash less either. It isn't even full list of crashes here...

          • I mean, let's see, who sent a plane there? Malaysia Airlines and Ukraine. Who shot it down? Either Ukrainian army or Ukrainian rebels. So far i don't see any "Russia" in that list.

Ukrainian film director Oleg Sentsov goes on trial in the southern Russian city of Rostov-on-Don accused of plotting terrorist acts in Crimea.

I assume he should better have stopped shooting russian soldiers with his camera

Also it seems like Sentsov is into Masochism, as he beat himself in his cell till he had bruises. At least the court claims so ... Sentsov himself however claims that he was beaten 24 hours by prison guards in order to force a confession.
Yeah, yeah, and in "democratic countries" people "suicdide themselves" till they're dead. Yeah, and get arrested for not signaling a lane change? http://time.com/3966220/sandra-bland-video/

It's nice to see that in Russia we arrest people for terrorism, not for lane change signals. And we don't kill them or torture (Guantamo) in jails either, like democratic countries do.

Hmm, let's see, what about USA supplying arms to Taliban, ISIS and so on? Even if it happened, it don't see how exactly can you make Russia legally responsible, given that other countries are not held responsible for arming rebels in various countries.

Liar. Russia makes routine use of torture. Not just the soft core stuff like waterboarding but actual torture. It is routine in Russia.

Surprisingly, it's the Europe that has constant protests against immigrants. They go as far as actually burning buildings down http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7...645845,00.html
And yeah, all these shootings of afroamericans and the riots in USA...
And all that support of Nazis in Kiev... It even went to Western newspapers now, it's kinda hard to say they're not Nazis anymore.

Damn, why Russia again? Seriously, you have a lot of bigger problems at home. You already supported Ukrainians who burned down a building with civilians in Odessa, and now Germans burned down a building for immigrants without immigrants in it (this time, but who knows what will happen next?). And US police just outright murders afroamericans in numbers. Even if it's not an example of Nazis yet, you're on a brink of another disaster, that's for sure.
