Numbers I'm seeing are 78 for men, and 82 for women in the UK.Your overall point was wrong incidentally. The lastest figures I can find (2012) from the Office for National Statistics show the life expectancy at birth in the UK for the general population (so including any minor lowering for differences between ethnic groups) is 78.71 years for males and 82.58 years for females.
Numbers I'm seeing for white folks in the US are pretty close to that. So both systems have roughly equivalent outcomes.Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.
