Your patronizing is irritating and frankly probably has an underlying racist root.

You are awfully quick to bring up your experiences with ethnic minorities

I did it again. The truth is all that jalapeno cheese sauce, breaded and deep fried jalapeno peppers stuffed with cheese, and those two cheese burger patties just sounded good. Somebody stop me.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.

Don't worry. You'll eventually stop yourself one way or another. In the meantime, could I be your beneficiary?“It is no use trying to 'see through' first principles. If you see through everything, then everything is transparent. But a wholly transparent world is an invisible world. To 'see through' all things is the same as not to see.”

On a different note it is hard to find good minions. I remember, back in the day, when I first was given people to supervise and I was so happy and proud, but now I find an inordinate amount of my time goes to reviewing my minions' work and fixing all the things they screwed up. These guys are getting well paid for what they do so why is it they don't seem to care about the details all that much and why is it I have to tell them multiple times how to complete the same task. I mean 2-3 times wouldn't be bad but when I'm repeating myself 4-5 times then I'm wondering if they even care about their jobs. Am I doing something wrong? Am I not speaking clearly? I mean WTF?Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.

Yeah, I'm thinking I need to write down step by step reference guides for common work tasks as this will give them something to review before asking me plus it would make it easier to review work because it removes ambiguity. It would be spelled out right there and either they did that step or they didn't.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.
