Eh, the Constitution only ever means what we want it to mean anyway. I sometimes wish we'd just cut to the chase and slice it up how we like it instead of pretending to revere the opinions of long-dead colonial aristocrats. Except for the opinions we now universally find repulsive or asinine, in which case we politely don't mention them.
