In fact, the only years spending has decreased (in recent history) has been under Obama. That's right, Obama is the only president to lower spending from one year to the next.

Has Obama crossed the line where 50 percent of the US debt is attributed solely to him now? I notice certain 'sites' are no longer available, as they were keeping track of this information.That was in 2012. The numbers are even worse today.
According to the Washington Times, that was 6 months ago. Given the pace as he was just then 20 quarters into his presidency, so he's adding about 4.4 percent to the US debt every quarter. He was 3 quarters away from having 50 percent of debt belonging to Obama alone.On Oct. 4, the debt held by the public — not including Social Security and Medicare — had risen 89.3 percent since Mr. Obama took office
