The point is that when the system is bigoted you are going to favor one over the other.

Counterintuitively profiling men protects other men from being victims of crime moreso than women. Ergo, a system that favors profiling is going to favor men whereas a system that rejects profiling will favor women. Again - this is logic. Everything flows from the presupposition that crimes committed by men are more likely to have a male than a female victim.

For example, you profile black men, they are seperated from their children, and now their children grow up to be criminals. Then you say you profile blacks because the break the law. You fu king disgusting bigot.

The ideal of profiling is to have it so that every stop, regardless of the cop will have the same likelihood on average as any other stop and at any other time of uncovering criminal activity. Ideally, profiling by criminal activity will give these numbers. If this number changes, then it indicates that the profile is inaccurate. If they pull over white people and start getting more hits per search than they need to start searching white people more as a proportion. If they start getting fewer hits off black people then they have to change the profile to lower their proportion.

The profile is never going to be totally accurate, and it's going to vary depending on the neighbourhood and the locale. But, it's a mathematical fact that there exists a profile that will generate these numbers in every location even as the profile may be different for different locations.

Well, yes. Your system of equations has too many variables. There is insufficient data here to conclude discrimination unless one assumes that there is no variation in the severity and the incidence of crime.
