Epidemiology is simple. You treat the cause of the disease and the source. If everyone got their partner tested before ****ing no one would contract AIDS. And don't tell me that's unreasonable and that adults don't have sufficient control over their sexual desires to plan things this way.

We'd both get tested. Given that we have to have blood tests anyways before getting married, this isn't a big deal. I'd also expect her to have me go in for a physical, etc, just so she knows what health issues I may have to deal with in the future. Including hearing tests, etc.
