I don't know if you've noticed the past five years or so, Ogie, but there's been this corporate/elite funded movement through an organization called the Tea Party. One of the things that Tealiban nuts have cactus up their ass about, are social issues, such as with human sexuality and behavior.

I could be being presumptuous, but if I'm proven to be mistaken I'd be surprised, considering how so many right-wing politicians have been sucked into this movement by the pressure of their stupid constituents.

Never have any doubt, you're most certainly presumptuous.

Ahh so the answer is there is no connection nor any endorsement by any tea party organization. Thanks for playing.

Typing 'Ken Cuccinelli tea party' into google isn't difficult, and will provide you with a wealth of links. Given that you are stightly slow however, here's the Richmond Tea Party website engaging in a little Cucinelli love in.

If there is anyone that the tea party unifies behind it’s Ken Cuccinelli. And now Ken has endorsed Tom Garrett. Ken’s endorsement comes in the wake of several endorsements from every Tea Party group in the 22nd district. The Goochland, Southside VTPP, and Lynchburg Tea Party groups have all come out with endorsements for Tom. It’s now official Tom Garret is the Tea Party Approved candidate. GO TOM!

Then how does Eric Cantor get associated with the Tea Party movement when he's Jewish?

I agree with reg. I've seen no religious side to the Tea Party movement other than many of their members are white and christian. Their message has been primarily about economics, albeit poorly informed economics, and small government.

                            Debateable point.

So what part are you against? Freedom of speech, Government changing Medicare, lower taxes, or repealing pork?
