In addition, the CIA supported the death squads including issuing kill lists to them, and they don't have much of a history of supporting left wing death squads.

In expectation of your now saying "well I don't believe anything I read on Wikipedia (or on the internet for that matter) that I disagree with" or something to that effect, that's fine, but your incredulity would carry a lot more weight if you could find a single source that described the death squads or the administration they were supporting as being left wing. Maybe Rush or Ann Coulter has written something to that effect.
