“It is no use trying to 'see through' first principles. If you see through everything, then everything is transparent. But a wholly transparent world is an invisible world. To 'see through' all things is the same as not to see.”

Isn't that an argument that your patients need better financial management skills rather than everyone else needing to pay more to feed them?I make no bones about my moral support for [terrorist] organizations. - chegitz guevara
For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

Apparently it has been black flight as well recently, as in those who could afford to get out. Those that remain are quite poor for the most part.
The tax base has been destroyed. It would be blood from a stone to raise taxes at this point.

Middle class black = white, as far as I'm concerned. Detroit is a ****hole. People who have their lives together moved out. That is the sum total of what I mean by white flight.12-17-10 Mohamed Bouazizi NEVER FORGET
