It all depends on what qualifies as a person with rights. If human = person and non-human = non-person, then at some point in our evolutionary history a non-person must have given birth to a person. Where you draw that line is arbitrary. Of course, in the general public there's probably a strong correlation between being pro-life and being a creationist.

Had he read anything on the mining industry in South Africa, he'd have known that the majority of the South African mining workforce were indeed Xhosa. The information was readily available in several general works on African history (not specifically South African history) and also available in more specialized essays, such as 'Migrancy & Male Sexuality On The South African Gold Mines' by T Dunbar Moodie, Vivienne Ndatshe & British Sibuyi.
But don't let anything as simple as plain facts colour your misinformed recollection. What was it you wrote in glee at Jaguar's supposed triumph- something banal like 'Ice Burn'? How I laughed.

It's been optioned to become a major motion picture, I hear. It could be the next Normative Discourse and Salvadoran Nationalism: A Survey of Psycho-Sexual Values. But only if they land Ryan Gosling.
