    you can get pretty fricken ripped just doing squats and standing rows
    those two use so many muscle groups
    your metabolism goes into overdrive
    3 times a week... just do that.. no cardio, no HIIT
    you will get really strong in like 2 months

            I can barely hear that. It's quite soft for me, and it fades out. It's my threshold. I can't hear 1200 Hz at all. It's completely lost to me.

                        I like cardio though! I enjoy running/swimming, whatever. I need to do more of it.

                        Yeah, those are ok for me. Just being about 130-140 and 5'5'' doesn't do much for your physique.

                                i have moderate endurance but great burst speed
                                and if i go into the corner, i come out with the puck
                                ****ing tall twerps dont stand a chance
                                my low center of gravity is FTW
                                i'm like a tank on skates
