I don't think I could. For a brief period, I tried to be normal. I could pull it off for a little while. But then the stress builds to a point where I just about have a nervous breakdown. Though, if they ever made an anti-******* pill, I might try it. But only if the side effects don't include bull**** like random brain aneurysms or explosive sphincter failure.
