                Looks like they've got him cornered. Reports say thermal imaging scanner confirms someone in the boat.
                Police proceeding with understandable caution, but this almost has to end tonight.

                          At least now we might find out why a kid who grew up in America and went to a good school decided to plant some bombs. The rumor is that the older brother was radicalized and had a hard time fitting in in America and maybe he might have influenced his younger brother.
