When it is established that the government will pay for services from a certain class of businesses, say medicare / medicaid payments to hospitals, it cannot bar payments to conforming entities withing that class on religious grounds. If schools are to accept government money, then they should confirm to an acceptable government curriculum. This shouldn't have anything to do with religion.
