Note that the top non-private school in the province is a public high school (disclaimer: it's the one I went to )

In Calgary, there are 7 public high schools ranked near the top before you even get to the first Catholic high school. It's no contest.

If you're a low-income redneck, you send your kid to learn about Jesus in a Catholic school.
If you're a high-income professional, you send your kid to learn about Science in a Public school.

Maybe in your school they did. Not ours. My kids are really good. The two classes I've had have been quite well behaved. I haven't had to send anyone down to the principal's office yet.

Actually, 1982 is the most recent in a series of documents that collectively make the entirety of the Constitution. The Quebec Act, the BNA Act, and other laws and rulings continue in force except as ammended.

Wrong on two points. First, absolutely nothing pertaining to Canada resonates with foreigners, at least until such time as you claim you were founded by magic polar bears or something. Second, I at least assume that everything BK says is to some extent false, and most of the time intentionally so.
