    Bingo.

We desperately need rationing and "death panels", but no one wants to hear that.

Goddamn you not being in NYC still. Coming there with my wife late April, early May, and goddamn you not being there with the gfunk child.

          • The thing that makes me so angry about the modern GOP is the fundemental dishonesty. If they just hold an ideology that says the state should not be responsible for healthcare provision or welfare or the rest then embrace that and run on that platform. Instead they pretend that they want to continue these programs while putting forward policies that are clearly intended to destroy those programs, and they do it with a ****kicking little grin and a wink trusting that a large part of their base will just swallow the lies. It's despicable and the media should be ripping them to peices for it, but apparently lying to the public is now an acceptable election strategy.

I find this statement amusing. Truly a monolithic litumus-tested ideological party is the best thing for the represented.

All the while you call people who ACTUALLY do such things as evil extremists (aka, Paul Ryan). So which is it? Or are you embracing a fundamental dishonesty here?

How is it compromise when they push their agenda anyway but just lie about it?

I find their true position to be extreme and repellent and will call it so. Oddly enough so do lots of other people, which is why they feel the need to lie about it, instead of just openly admitting their goals. How exactly am a 'embracing a fundamental dishonesty'?

The thing that makes me so angry about the modern Labour party is nothing, because I don't concern myself with foreign politics.
                        John Brown did nothing wrong.

When the actions of America have such a large effect on the world, its a good idea to be interested.

It's also frequently extremely funny like watching two drunks try and climb a ladder.
