Actually if you are going to pop a vein over Iowa results, I'm surprised that it wasn't over the fact they lost 8 precincts worth of results and can't say who actually won Iowa.

As for Newt, I would be mildly surprised again if the interview with his ex detailing his request for an open marriage among his other exploits doesn't have an effect on his poll numbers.

The Iowa Republican Party has certified the results of its caucuses earlier this month. Rick Santorum is 34 votes ahead, but the party will not declare a winner because there are missing results in eight precincts.

This (both of them). Iowa doesn't matter for the 8 missing precincts and the "bump" already went to Romney. Gingrich is just getting some not-Romney love, especially from the few Perry supporters who have to find a new home.
