1, Lorizael is willing to insult members of a forum where he moderates.
2, Lorizael is willing to issue said insults for nothing other than to provoke other members of said forum.

If somebody breaks the law via PM then the appropriate response is to bring the community's attention to it - this has been the case in the past with threats of violence delivered via PM. If you want to break the law anonymously then use a proxy server and a DL.
