Even Ron Paul is 50/50 in heads up polls with Barry O. Perry will crush him.

You've got Perry (yes, we need another cut-taxes-to-raise-the-deficit Texan because Bush treated you so well)
Uh, I remember the days of 4.5 percent unemployement. They rocked. I miss Bush.

As for deficits, the current president's racked up more in 3 years than Bush did in 8.

Never underestimate the stupidity of the American people. Even Governor Secessy McSecessionton has a chance, a fact which makes me weep for our nation.

                Seems like a reasonable prediction.

Agreed. Right now, I'd say it is Obama's to lose with these Republican cruddy candidates

So far the exceptions are Romney and Generic Republican. They're only a few points behind Obama in the polls.

Romney will have problems because he's a Mormon (sad but true), and also because Romneycare is extremely similar to Obamacare. Which isn't such a good thing for the GOP.

I liked Cain until he showed up on John Stossel and preached a free level playing field for business one minute and then argued for corporate subsidies the next. No principles, no logic, the guy was all over the map repeatedly contradicting himself. Perry will be tough in the primaries, Romney has a slightly better chance in the general. Bachmann wont last so it'll be between Perry and Romney, and I'd think Perry has the advantage. Course Texans know better than me about Perry's baggage, the guy's mouth may have already sank his campaign.

This is retarded; Romney, Perry, and Huntsman are all perfectly acceptable candidates. The Republican field is much stronger than it was in 2008.
