Exactly, truckers go to lame school with no admissions requirements beyond having two eyes and four limbs and even those are overlooked at times. Doctors are expected to go through rigorous intellectual study often concerning words truckers can't even pronounce.

So if Harvard were to open themselves up to everyone that would mean that they have lower standards? That's not true either. Just because admissions are limited doesn't mean that the training is necessarily more rigorous. One could argue that the narrower admission requirements actually decrease overall rigor, because now the hurdle becomes getting in, not staying there.
