While this is frequently true of everyobdy that post on these boards except for me (), it is true to a degree. They were giving out notes for 'stress'. While those that received them were probably prefectly capable of working, they were certianly under stress (a sudden $400/month expense would stress most/all middle class people, not to mention the impending loss of their CBA).

If true, it is hard to imagine someone approaching them on the street and claiming stress constitutes an exam. I don't think that is an issue of semantics to most people.

Seriously though, DD posts so much nonsense that no one has time to go through the effort of a lengthy rebuttal (at least I don't). He posts a lot like Ben in this regard. It's generally safe to assume that he is either flat wrong, lying, or misrepresenting facts because there are very few situations where he doesn't. Anymore effort that what I put in is uncalled for, it's not like he's capable of giving a thoughtful response anyway. The guy just blindly posts crap from conservative blogs and thinks thats enough evidence to support his loony beliefs.
