Refusing to eat cheese on Tuesday only needs justification if you're evil and like to eat cheese on Tuesday. Equally valid logic!
Seriously, if you can't give me a non-tautological reason why I should engage in what amounts to a very complex and frequently inconvenient set of behaviors, why should I listen to you on the subject?
