I've not abandoned any of my points. Israel should not have boarded the ship in international waters, Israel should not have boarded at night. The method they boarded incited a panic and contributed to the disaster.

Let's start with the part where you didn't understand the purpose of the law, you tried to cover this up for a bit with bluster, then you guessed (wrongly), then you tried to dispute my plausible and correct answer, then you tried to shift the debate to whether Gaza counted as Israeli territory, then you abandoned the point entirely and ran away until I compared you to nye.

Personally I prefer independent investigations when there are allegations of law-breaking. I'm not a big fan of the alleged perpetrators investigating themselves.
