I'm down to a few options for the cause your issue


1. THe women you are attracting may be empty-headed bimbos approaching you because you are viewed as eye-candy. When they ascertain you will NOT be getting naked with them, they move on.

2. Some variations of your attitude/worldview/ conversation are offputting to most women at some point. I don't know what it is .. . . You could be dumb or too smart, perhaps condescending or simply dead boring-- any of these can kill your chances . Or perhaps you come on too strong about not drinking or not having sex or something. Some girls should welcome that but its a matter of degree. Bottom line is that it is becomeing apparent that you look and act well enough to get interest but then at some point you just lose them. Somehow they come to the conclusion that it would not be fun for them to go out with you.

3. You give off some gay vibe so they think you want to be friends. As soon as they see you are straight--- see-ya

Nah I tested #3... small sample size but I implied to some females who I wasn't interested in that I was gay. None of them believed it. They said I come off as straight and a bit of a playboy even. As they got to know me, the playboy description disappeared.

It's a combination of 1 & 2. 2 is the problematic part that I, and others, have been trying to figure out. There's nothing obviously wrong that I do or say but for some reason, woman after woman decides I'm undateable.

But there's some sort of cognitive dissonance thing going on because in many cases where I can get some more information, the women tend towards nebulous explanations for their lack of attraction like "I just don't see us that way" or "I don't think we'd be right together", etc. Often, they seem to have disbelief that women don't like me, saying things like what the last one said last night, that I'm too attractive and too smart and too educated and so forth to not have women like me... so why don't you like me then? Umm... I just don't see us that way. I think it would be better for you if you were with someone with your experience level. What the ****? You're so attractive that any woman would want you but I'm not attracted to you!

Well Flubber may be right that you may come off as, unknowingly to you, condescending when you talk to them (you mentioned both "too smart" and "too educated").

I still think it is #1. Which would also fit with the "too smart' and "too educated" if he is going out with a bunch of dumb cheerleaders or hood rats, then they are just simply not the right girl.

Do you bring up that you are a virgin on your first date? You need to find some religious girls who would dig that. Being a virgin is definitely a turn off for the girls you are going after now.
