This is exactly what I meant. I never did say that men were more likely then women on average to suffer from harrasment, just that the proportion of the total, has more men then women.

Based on these numbers we'd expect around 2,200 reports. Instead we see only 200 reports.

Rather a silly assessment. Personally, I think the US army is the most professional in the world. I don't see how repealing a successful policy will make them more successful then they are now.

Unlikely, the people who would commit assaults would commit quite a few. I'd say there could be as few as several hundred people in total.

Discrimination is illegal in the civilian world too, but they still don't let blind men be commercial jet pilots. It's not illegal discrimination if the disability in question prevents you from actually performing the job. There is nothing about being gay that keeps you from performing the duties of a soldier AFAIK.

Again, the point is that being a soldier is not a right. The military can exclude you if they feel that you would not succeed. This includes gay men who are not willing to abide by the regulations.

True, if you are blind, missing a leg or are fat, then you can't be a soldier, but that isn't any surprise.

I really don't know where you get this "gay men who are not willing to abide by the regulations" - I assume that it is from your fantasy. What are the regulations that they wont abide ?
