1. It isn't a violation of his powers to hang traitors.

The President can't hang anyone, you dolt. It's not up to him to sentence Hassan, that will be up to whatever court tries/convicts him (I'm assuming it will be a military court).

If the military court decides not to execute him, Obama can't come in and say otherwise.

I've said many times, in many threads, I'm opposed to the death penalty. Not once have I seen you comment that I was adhering to the teachings of the Catholic church.

Hmm, this is a good point. Given how often you spout hypocritical, inconsistent and positively un-Christian attitudes on this site, it might be easier to just keep track of the times you don't do so. It will be a much shorter list.
