Pelosi signed a document swearing that he is eligible. If he's not, then she's responsible for fraud. She ought to have investigated and insisted that he show his BC and demonstrate his qualifications for president.

It's not up to the republican party to do anything. The democrats have to provide proof that the affidavits they swore are in fact true. All Obama has to do is release the sealed copy of his BC, and all this goes away. He's spent more than a million dollars keeping it sealed. Why?

I'd like him to release his sealed birth certificate, and prove his status as a natural born citizen. If the court demands evidence from me, refusing to provide said evidence is not an accusation, but I can be held in contempt for not doing so.
