Rah, I completely understand your reasoning behind taking into the circumstances, and believe me I know it's not easy to make these decisions. I do think if your policy wrt to the personal attacks is to have any meaning, then everyone, and that includes Asher, should follow it. Can I volunteer to be Apolyton's new whipping boy? You can blame and punish me for everything that goes wrong on the site, but I won't get all huffy about it. That way Asher can go back to being a regular old poster with a bit of an anger management problem, and the mods can feel good about the fact that at least they're treating someone unfairly, even if it's not Asher.
