It's not misogyny. It's basic common sense. Unrequited love may be poetic, but it's also stupid.

A good line of logic, but with an important blind spot. It could be that certain qualities are required in order for you to find a female attractive.

Hera is a nice guy, and a doctor. He's obviously good looking enough to get chicks as his ex-fiance was hot so I don't think his problem is attracting them, his problem is keeping them. Perhaps an underlying personality flaw or trait; like telling them you love them after 3 phone calls and one date perhaps? Babies R' Us is not a good first date.

It is close to impossible to evaluate the qualities which will make you be in love with a girl (other than physical attractiveness and intelligence) except by dating her.

Just date people. If they suck then stop dating them and date somebody else. If they don't suck then keep dating them.

You need to date girls to develop your judgment about them, and also get the experience not to let one **** around with you.
