He doesn't have one, as he doesn't believe the outsider status of American blacks was all that bad.

It's so strange to see someone without a claim to superiority try to act superior. It's like Sarah Palin expecting us to think she's a viable candidate even after she flubs everything given to her every time.

Well, seeing as, according to Kid, we're wrong, maybe it wasn't that bad after all?

I mean, they may have been separate, but at least they were equal, right?

I'm claiming to be normal. You and Imran are the one's who said that being rejected was like physical pain. Do you have any evidence that that is normal. I myself do not feel that way, and I'm pretty sure that it's normal the way that I feel.

I like how you're trying to say this, when you're the one who's done this most frequently, most egregiously, and often times, relatively maliciously. Case in point, your post immediately prior to your most recent one.

Your deliberate misrepresentations of our positions and shoving unsaid words and unheard of interpretations in our mouths gives leaves you without an iota of credence here.

You do not have the high horse here. For every example you point to, we can point to two; what's sadder is that you actually mean your ridiculous distortions and your outright fabrications, while Imran and my representations of your positions are done in jest.

                      From the other thread

The wiki article I posted: Males are generally more aggressive than females. There is evidence that males are quicker to aggression and more likely than females to express their aggression physically. However, some researchers have suggested that females are not necessarily less aggressive, but that they tend to show their aggression in less overt, less physical ways. For example, females may display more verbal and relational aggression, such as social rejection.

You: This doesn't advance your statement either way.

Me: You're ****ing nuts! I'm serious, all of you have mental disorders of some kind or another.

You: The quoted part refers only to physical violence, which men tend to do; social violence, on the other hand, seems to be the domain of women--and the rates are quite possibly equal, according to the information presented.

The part that I bolded is clearly talking about things like breaking up with people.

                      • Actually, it could just as easily be interpreted to be about just being *****y. And it's not necessarily a sign of superiority if women channel their aggression socially--they don't typically have the body build for physical aggression.

Do you understand what the word "rejection" means?

Who need a strong body? You can use a weapon, or attack someone when they are asleep or drunk.

It could mean a wide variety of things in different contexts. Everything from turning down a date to excluding the fat chick from the group to...dunno, I'm not a sociable person.

Only it isn't the same as challenging and beating the person in actual dominance. You don't gain social status by being a sneaky little toad; any turd can do as much, and that just shows the group that they can't turn their back on you safely. Staring a guy down when you both have raised fists (or the social equivalent, verbally outmaneuvering him/her) shows guts, skill, something.

As for weapons, until gunpowder most weapons required a reasonable amount of strength or skill to use properly. And even if I can get a sword/mace/nunchaku and use it, why can't the other guy?

I was married to an aggressive women. I never knew there were women like her. Sure I've been rejected by women who are out of my league, but that's not really a big deal. But if you get into a relationship with an aggressive women you'll know what they are talking about.

It's not impossible for a woman to abuse a man physically. It happens. If a women wants to do that all she has to do is find the right man.
