Palin is much more than "pro-life". I can respect pro-life if it is reasonable. She is 100% anti-choice. She is against abortion even in the case of rape, incest, or the life of the mother! She would rather a baby live and his mother die in childbirth than to let the baby die and save the mother! And not as a personal choice...She wants that to be the LAW!!! The Law for everyone!

What percent of folks currently running for high office would've done the above (not to mention, folks NOT currently running for high office) ...
She's not raising her family to obey "family values", why should she lead the nation?

Why don't you just admit that you and your republican friends sit around talking about all the blacks and mexicans that have children out of wedlock, but you are going to vote McCain/Palin without an ounce of shame.

Palin describes herself as pro-life and against same-sex marriage, although she claims to have good friends who are gay. In 2006 while running for governor, she said she would support a ballot initiative that denied benefits to same-sex couples, but her first veto as governor shot down such a bill. (Palin said she vetoed it because the Alaska Supreme Court deemed it unconstitutional, not because she supports gay-marriage rights.) She is Christian and pro-life, but also a supporter of birth control: she's a member of Feminists For Life (FFL), an anti-abortion, pro-contraception organization. In 2002, she wrote a letter to FFL stating that she had "adamantly supported our cause since I first understood, as a child, the atrocity of abortion." She supports the teaching of creationism in public schools, alongside evolution. She is also a lifelong member of the National Rifle Association and supports the constitutional right to bear arms.

Aside from all else, she's against gay rights and pro-creation. That's enough to not support her.

What is Feminists for Life's position on contraception?
Feminists for Life's mission is to address the unmet needs of women who are pregnant or parenting. Preconception issues including abstinence and contraception are outside of our mission. Some FFL members and supporters support the use of non-abortifacient contraception while others oppose contraception for a variety of reasons. FFL is concerned that certain forms of contraception have had adverse health effects on women.

Sounds like to the extent that FFL has a position on contraception, it's anti.

Did Palin have a child out of wedlock?

I really don't see what the issue is with this.

And I see no possibility of me not voting for Obama.

That wouldn't stop them from judging her if she were a minority and a democratic candidate.

I think she dose in fact allow for Life of the Mother abortions, but only if a doctor says continuing the pregnancy will kill the mother, not just endanger her life. Thats what passes for moderation to a wing-nut.

No she does not. Palin is against all abortions in all cases even if it was from rape, incest, or if the life of the mother is in danger. She also wants to make all abortions illegal no matter the circumstances.

Why did you let a black man take your white girl friend and then put a hole in his condom so that he would impregnate her? Why do you hate America?

Palin was just caught lying about her involvement in illegally trying to get her ex-brother in law fired because he divorced her sister.

So we have her lies about her daughter couldn't leave the house because she had mono when in fact Palin was trying to hide her daughters out of wedlock pregnancy and now we have her caught lying about troopergate. Lastly we have her dangerous position on abortion which puts the lives of thousands of women in danger. She's a complete clown, a lying clown.
