I will share some simple but fulfilling meals and you folks as well.

Even if your a female, shre what is a simple and easy to throw together meal!!

Here is one I love, make some white rice, make 2 cups water and one cup of white rice, takes 20 minutes for the rice.

Next, while rice is cooking, I fry some hot sausage and fry 3 over easy eggs.

Then When completed, a bed of rice with cut up sausage and the over easy eggs with a little hot sauce.

        I love it!
        Put some curry on it!

Here's my heart attack on a plate meal....

          1 lb ground beef
          2 cups of white rice
          ****load of tabasco sauce

          YUM!

Another fun, easy one for me is a bag of pasta noodles, a can of sweet corn, a small can of black olives, and tuna. Mix together with parmasean cheese, italian spices, and crushed red peppers.

Next, a can of Wolf Brand Chile, served over white rice, with plenty of chili powder added in.

Finally, scrambled eggs, with onions, fresh jalapenos, and shredded cheese, topped with tabasco.

As you can see, I eat nothing but spicy food.

I prefer as hot and spicy as possible. Love a good, spicy curry, I add crushed red pepper and/or tabasco and/or chili powder to everything, any sandwich I make has jalapenos on it, etc., etc.

Quick, manly meal? Steak, preferably with a cajun spice dry-rub. And a baked potato, of course.

the purpose of adding oatmeal is to act as a binder if you add a flavorful liquid to your burger, such as egg or beer. Hmmm, I suppose, if you use particularly fatty meat, the oatmeal would hold some of the fat in as it melts, thus producing a more flavorful burger. It would, however, produce a less juicy burger.

Yep, you use it with the egg and the oatmeal.

                                They are really good.
