Tonight I was kinda tired so for dinner I threw together an easy meal: mini meatloaf, mashed red potatoes, corn on the cob, and peas. Dinner was done in 25 minutes and everyone requested seconds!

        Use butter

You have to smuggle butter in then.

Spoon full of peanut butter... some crackers (ritz or saltine), or a biscuit/roll/slice of bread/cornbread with some butter and honey... an orange or apple... carrots, celery, cucumbers, broccoli, and cauliflower are all good uncooked... a glass of juice... mmmmm

Strawberries, peaches, and apricots are good too. My favorite is a plum (not exactly sure what kind... sweet and somewhat orange in the middle, very tart and sour just along the skin). We don't have those too often though.

                1 bowl dry cornflakes
                Milk

                Add latter to former. Eat.

                    A usual meal:

1 can of beans or container of tofu
1 bag (or 50% of a bag) of veggies

microwave, you can add spices or seasonings..

I'd probably make pasta or order delivery from one of the local Italian, Chinese, or Indian restaurants which deliver.

Agreed. Delivery service is for lazy people. I go out to pick up my take-out order.

I favour a lazier approach; beer, cider, spirits and cheese toasties.
