Yeah, but we have our own Nazi Party and they don't even try to hide their pro-nazi ideology under a nice name unlike most far-right European parties.

Yes, but the article does tend to imply that it would become invalid. From the OP article:

These are historians we're talking about so I'd say, yes, they have intricate knowledge of American history.

Not merely that, something about enforcing existing laws, which means tossing all the illegals out of the country.

Interestingly, I heard on NPR the other day that it was stricter enforcement that has led to a rise in illegal immigration. Back in the day, illegal immigrants would come for a little while, make some money, head back home and spend it, then come back. They left their families in Mexico and would travel to the U.S. three - four times a year. Now that it's so much harder to get in, they bring their families and settle here, since they can't keep going back and forth.

So they went from being seasonal immigrants to being permanent immigrants?

In Mexico you can live quite well with 400 dollars per month, if you work and save money for half a year in the USA, then you can return to Mexico and have vacations the next six months.

Illegals aren't immigrants, che. Anyway if that's your game the best way to get rid of them so to speak would be to attack the problem at its source and punish those that employ them. Illegals wouldn't come if jobs weren't being offered.

If the government would put in place a credible system to keep this problem from coming around again and getting worse as it did after the Reagan amnesty, I'd be more than willing to entertain notions of some sort of normalization provided some sort of punishment was exacted for breaking the law and they were put at the bottom of the citizenship pile.
