Well given that you already disagree with me on the proper handling and treatment of HK/BPW, I think it's only reasonable to assume our taste in men might be different too.

My wife is twelve years older than me, and suffice it to say that she's the submissive one. Among our friends, one couple has the male some 15 years older than his wife, and it is the wife that exercises the dominance in the household. It isn't about age.

I still like the taser idea (I'm willing to offer use of my basement - the neighbors haven't complained about any screaming or other odd loud noise from there previously, so I think it'd be good to go) but failing that if he's not a good enough friend to warrant assassinating DPW, I think I'd reluctantly give him up for lost. He's addicted to her control, and since her control is entirely legal (I assume you've seen no evidence of physical abuse) even though utterly unethical, there's pretty much no hope for intervention.
