        It wasn't ironclads, just the usual wooden with a steam engine - one of the ships actually exists today :

            Hmmm, EU/NATO has been unable to 'fix' the problems of Bosnia despite 12 years of Imperial dictatorship. I can't see the ME or Africa being 'fixed' any time soon.

                This already happens. Most of the people writing parking tickets in my part of North London are from Nigeria. Though I'm considering going for one of those jobs myself soon if my 15 years IT experience continues to be of no use to me.
