I fail to see the relevance of predestination here.

It just seems to me that if you deserve hell (as many Christians contend we all do), then you should not accept Christ's gift because that would result in a wrong being committed.

I think you are asking a question that refers to mercy vs. justice. For example: a poor man takes out a loan so that he can buy food for his family. When the time comes to pay the loan back, he does not have the money, no matter how hard he has tried. In this case, justice is called for, the lender needs his money or will require the man's family as slaves to work off the debt. However, the borrower asks for mercy. Who is right?
The poor man has a friend who steps in, he pays the lender the money required and helps the poor man get back on his feet so he can provide for his family. Justice has been served and mercy has also been extended.

This is how the Christians view their Savior: one who extends both justice and mercy. Christ will pay for the sins, and help the sinner become better. Justice and mercy are both served. However, Christ requires certain things from those he saves. It is not a "get out of jail free" card. He asks that the sinner repents (stops commiting the sin, feels sorry for it, repairs any wrongs, and betters himself) etc.

An issue I see with that anology is it appeals to something of higher moral value (his family) then what he is asking mercy from (bank regulations). What is more important then divine justice?

The alternative of accepting Christ's mercy is eternal damnation, thus in a repentent sinner's mind it ranks very highly next to divine justice. God demands justice, we ask for a second chance, and Christ satisfys both needs.

                read Job

what is more important than divine justice? Why bother with this question? Justice will always be divine.

As far as christians are concerned, the only way to receive eternal salvation is through Christ. Man is born to sin, but not damned to hell. It is through Christ that we are forgiven, by God, for our sins, making Christ a just and merciful Lord.

                Predestination is stupid

That seems to me to be the right thing to do.
Since it's only belivers of the christian supersticiousness that are sinners from birth, and since this has defined a loophole, it's of course their right to use it.

This is not good. It seems like there hasn't been any real belivers until now. If there had been, some would have made a telephone call to say they were all right.
